Your niche matters most: it drives dashboard personalization, trend filtering and the context used to write ideas and scripts.

You can connect YouTube, TikTok and Instagram accounts. Cowral looks up the profile and saves the name, username, bio, profile image, follower or subscriber count, and post or video count where available. You can still create content for X and LinkedIn.

Refresh a connected account any time to pull its latest metrics. Each refresh also records a snapshot, and those snapshots build your growth chart.

Go to account settings and manage your connected social accounts. You can remove any of them from there.

It shows performance and profile info for the selected account: a profile summary, follower or subscriber count, total views where available, content count and niche, a growth chart, benchmark creators and sync status. If you have more than one account connected, switch between them with the account selector.

The growth chart needs at least two snapshots before it can draw a line. Refresh your connected account a second time and it will fill in.

Filter trends by platform (X, TikTok or News), region (US, UK, Canada, Australia or all regions) and niche (Business, Health, Lifestyle, Relationship, Entertainment, Sport, AI, Politics and Technology). News often shows more items because Cowral combines several news sources.

Open the AI Content Editor. Ideas are built from your niche, the selected platform, the selected region and the trend you pick. Cowral generates several at once and saves them automatically, so there is no separate save step.

Upgrade from the app at any time. You will go through Stripe Checkout, and your plan updates automatically once the payment goes through. You can open the billing portal from the app to manage your subscription.

Starter accounts get 3 generations per day. Once you hit the limit, generation pauses until the next daily reset. Upgrading to Pro or Agency lifts the limit.

You can view your account details, manage and remove connected social accounts, and delete your Cowral account.
